limens.to is a marketing and information site for Limens, a B2B outbound GTM practice operated by Richard Angapin (individual, trading as Limens).

No purchase, payment, account creation, or service delivery takes place on this site. Any commercial engagement between Limens and a client is governed exclusively by a separate written contract signed between the parties.

All content on this site — including but not limited to text, layout, design, code, and graphic elements — is the intellectual property of Richard Angapin / Limens and is protected under applicable copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any part of this site without prior written consent, except for brief quotations (fewer than 50 words) with clear attribution to Limens and a link to limens.to.

The Limens name and brand identity are unregistered trademarks of Richard Angapin. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

By accessing this site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content in bulk without written permission
• Use the site or its content to misrepresent Limens or create false impressions about any affiliation with Limens

As part of its services (not delivered through this site), Limens processes B2B prospecting data — including names, professional email addresses, job titles, and company information of third-party decision-makers — on behalf of its clients.

This processing is performed in the capacity of a data processor under GDPR Article 28, acting strictly on the documented instructions of the client (who is the data controller). Such processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) concluded separately from these site terms.
